For those interested in serious instruction in sea-kayaking, “Sea Kayak Italy” offers sea kayak courses with its instructors, who are registered with FICT, FICK and Sottocosta.
Courses are of two levels: basic and advanced.
At the end of the courses, participants will receive a certificate from Sottocosta/FICT.
Advanced Course

Suitable for those who are already fairly familiar with basic techniques or have passed the basic course. The objective is to enable skilled sea-kayakers to improve their knowledge of all kayaking techniques and safety procedures.
The programme includes theoretical and practical lessons on the most advanced navigation and paddling techniques, learning of the Eskimo roll, the braces and everything needed for safe sea-kayaking.
Duration:
10 hours over two days (lessons times 10 a.m./1 p.m. and 3/5 p.m.).

Suitable for those interested in finding out more about the world of sea-kayaking. The programme includes lessons in the theory and practice of sea-kayaking. There will be a special focus on safety during life-saving operations at sea, to enable beginners to paddle away on their own and have fun in complete safety.
