ExcursionsSea Kayak Italy offers you the extraordinary opportunity to wonder at the nature of one of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park’s loveliest islands from a kayak of the type derived from traditional Inuit craft.
The various excursions feature visits to some of the island’s most stunning sections of coastline, with the opportunity to bathe in crystal-clear waters, fish with a dragline, or learn the key techniques of sea-kayaking.

GUIDED EXCURSIONS
Excursions on the sea off Elba (min. 2 people) can be arranged even for beginners, because an instructor/marine guide is to hand. The rates are: € 50.00 for ˝ a day; € 63.00 for a whole day.  The instructor will provide some guidance on how to use a sea kayak before and during the trip.

excursion and with overnight campONE OR TWO-DAY EXCURSION WITH OVERNIGHT CAMP
A great sea-kayaking experience – ideal at the end of a course – to make you feel like a real, hardened kayaker.
As for the round-Elba trip, participants meet by 10 a.m. of the day set for departure, which is from Marciana Marina after taking on board food and water; the group returns on the afternoon of the next day.
On the way, participants can use a dragline to fish, so once the camp has been set up, instead of freeze-dried food they will have fine fresh fish to cook while enjoying magnificent sunset.

Equipmentexcursion and with overnight camp
As well as providing 24-hour assistance from the instructor/marine guide accompanying the group, the school supplies all necessary equipment to the sector’s highest standards: fibreglass Kayaks with watertight compartments, Greenland (or asymmetrical) paddle, paddle float, life-jacket, skirt, watertight bag, plastic-coated route map, fishing line, etc.
Participants are advised to bring:
  • their own sleeping-bag ;
  • a pair of diving shoes or old gym-shoes to be worn in the kayak;
  • a towel with swimsuits and a change of clothes;
  • sunglasses, sunhat, sun cream and insect deterrent cream;
  • water, food and everything necessary for the overnight camp.

Participants must be able to swim

Cost:
(2 days + 1 night) €130.00 per person (minimum 2 people).

round-ElbaROUND-ELBA BY SEA KAYAK (seven days)

-suitable for all those who already have some experience of sea-kayaking-
Seven unforgettable days of adventure along the Island of Elba’s 147 kilometres of coastline, with the chance to fish with a dragline and camp overnight.
Participants meet by 10 a.m. of the day set for departure, which is from Marciana Marina after taking on board food and water. During the breaks in the trip, the instructor will be happy to provide the participants with lessons in the theory and practice of sea-kayaking.
