SEA KAYAKING ELBA EXPEDITION
You will be accompanied by Sea Kayak Italy guides and instructors, trained according to the standards of the FICK, Paddle UK, and I.S.K.G.A. federations.
To participate in this experience, you must:

Be active and sporty.

Have a fair knowledge of sea kayaking (sit-in) or have attended an introductory course.

Have a strong predisposition for outdoor activities.

Be able to swim.

Be in good physical shape and trained to handle 20km of paddling per day.
The goal of this sea kayak expedition is to spend six days in close contact with nature, discovering the hidden gems of Elba Island.
Please note that depending on weather and sea conditions, completing the full circumnavigation may not always be possible.
During the expedition, you can: swim in crystal-clear waters and experience the thrill of immersing yourself in the island's vast biodiversity; rest in secluded coves accessible only by sea; experience the magic of overnight wild camping.
You will admire the island's immense geological diversity: the colors and shapes of the coastline change every few hours, shifting from black sand beaches to fiery red cliffs, and from long white shores to dramatic vertical drops.

The guides define the daily itinerary and stops based on weather conditions and the group's abilities.
Generally, navigation takes about 6 hours per day with several breaks. Stops in coastal towns are made only to restock supplies.6 days🛶 Exploration

LOGISTICS
Return is scheduled for Saturday afternoon around 4:00 PM (weather permitting).
The most convenient and closest campsites to Marciana Marina are located in Marina di Campo (about a 15-minute drive).
We highly recommend booking your spot online in advance, especially if you are traveling by car.
Companies: Blu Navy is the local Elba company. Toremar and Moby are the most frequent; if you arrive early at the port, they often allow you to board the earlier ferry regardless of which of the two companies you booked with.
Route: The route to book is Piombino – Portoferraio.
Duration: The crossing takes approximately 1 hour.
Fast Option: If you are traveling without a vehicle, you can take the Toremar hydrofoil (aliscafo), which reaches Portoferraio in about 30 minutes.
Getting to Marciana Marina from Portoferraio Once you arrive in Portoferraio, you can reach us via: Bus Line 116 or 121 (Route: Portoferraio - Procchio - Marciana Marina).
